The Hat is a local fast food chain specializing in Southern California Pastrami sandwiches. I've eaten at The Hat since 2001 (my first time at the Simi Valley location). The pastrami sandwich is excellent. Lots of juicy pastrami on a nice roll - lots of food, so bring your appetite. And an order of onion rings or fires is nothing like you've seen! Very close by and even on busy days, the wait isn't too long. Clean and bright inside.
