On the outer most outskirts of Hudson you’ll find this bright yellow cottage with great sandwiches and small bites, gourmet snacks, drinks and Pantry items. The best chicken salad sandwich you’ve ever had! It’s a weird thing to brag about, but it’s true. They also make a fantastic mortadella sandwich if that’s more your style.
