Open 8am to 3pm. 1-minute walk. Great Vietnamese sandwich called the Banh-Mi. Highly recommend it. Other things are good also.

Perfect lunch spot or takeaway at any time of day - sandwiches are fantastic, and all the daily specials made by the owner are excellent.
