Selected from the finest Arabica and Robusta beans grown in local farms in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, Càfê RuNam’s coffee uses 100% pure and authentic beans and is roasted using technology and techniques from Italian coffee masters. At Càfê RuNam, the traditional drip brewing process with a “phin” – the coffee filter unique to Vietnam – is the preferred brewing method. Càfê RuNam offers six different blends of coffee and each type varies depending on the percentage of Arabica and Robusta beans used. Please note that more Robusta beans in a blend will result in a greater caffeine content as well as a fuller body. In each cup of “phin” coffee, there are 20-25g of coffee versus 8-10g for each shot of espresso. All of our blends are available to be sold for use at home or as gifts in 250g packages.
