This fully equipped gym offers a wide range of weight stations, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc, along with an indoor pool. The day pass is just 5 dollars.

Biggest park in Denver after downtown City Park. You can walk there from the cottage, but it's probably about 15 blocks. Ride a scooter, drive your car, take an Uber, etc. Lots of activity, people, a lake, rentals, volleyball, you name it. The rec center has a pool and fitness equipment.
