One of our favorite day hikes. Just be prepared- you have to cross through water at the beginning of the hike. It's a paved road that the river flows over. Tip: if you don't have waterproof hiking boots, tie a grocery bag over your boots. Just remember to PLEASE pack out the bags. This is a road hike so it's not steep or overly strenuous. We take our standard poodle with us. It's just an easy, pretty hike.
