Most people probably don't think of Kayaking in backwaters when they think of Goa, but it is truly one of the most breathtaking and memorable experiences I have taken back home. I prefer it to the run-of-the-mill adventure sports, which are high on adrenalin, but you are not really driving it yourself. Pro tip: Go in the earliest possible slot, and avoid the warmer hours.
