Comment: The spectacular Nuclo, design by Japanese architect Toyo Ito, is placed in the premises of Gran Via-Fira de Barcelona. In a really luxurious setting that has a stunning wine cellar at the very heart of it, young chef Jordi Narro offers wonderful creative cuisine that will definitely fulfil all expectations. Dishes: Crab ravioli with crustaceous sauce, tomato and basil. Caramelized foie with peach and “tinto de verano”. Scallops with sea urchins, black “botifarra” and apple. Hake with cockles, ham and asparagus. Grilled beef fillet with herbs and foie fondant potato.
