18th Century Inn serving customers from 1765. Nice old world food. Reasonable pub food.

I’ll start this recommendation by saying I used to work here as a trainee chef when I was a teenager. So please consider that I still hold this establishment, the family owners and the staff in high enough regard to suggest them. The pub has this lovely old wooden beams running through the entirety of the building and the decor is picked to match. You really feel like you’ve stepped back in time a little, when you pop your head in. The staff are warm and inventing, the food is very well done and will cater to those who have a soft spot for classic English cuisine. And for those who like a good selection of beers and ales, look no further. Worth a Sunday lunch if you have the chance to take it.
