Spend a magical hour and a half on this small boat cruising up the hidden creeks of the magical Helford river. Great commentary from friendly knowledgable Boat pilot. Timings depend on the tides and you will need to book online well ahead. Drive to Budock Vean hotel and walk down through the hotel gardens to the river. Highly recommended.

When the wind is blowing a hooley – we often take refuge on the Helford River side of the Lizard – totally different to the wild west , its sheltered and lush with some gorgeous villages – St Anthony, Mylor, Mawnan and Helford itself with the brilliant Shipwrights Arms pub.
