Upscale bar (and restaurant) with excellent appetizers. If you have dinner, ask for a table overlooking the water. Great views of the city at night and not far from Waterfire. The restaurant has a SMALL lot of its own but you can usually find parking on the street within a few blocks, except on weekends when you may want to opt for the garage a few blocks closer to RISD.
