the Iron Hills trail system on the south end of Cedar City for trails that range from beginner to advanced on local favorites such as Lichen It and Lava Flow. Climb the Lichen It trail through the high desert landscape and then enjoy a downhill-only trail on Lava Flow. Enjoy the optional drops and jumps along the trail as you flow through.

Great trails for beginner, intermediate and advanced mountain bikers. Southview is a trailhead located on the south side of Cedar City. This trailhead is for mountain biking, hiking and trail running. Currently there is 20+ miles of built trail with another 30 miles of trail planned. Highlands, Green Hollow, Boulder Dash, Lava Flow and Iron Giant trails are optimized as downhill flow trails. Winter use: Avoid trail use when trails are muddy. Use trail when they are frozen. Snowy condition are great for fat bikes and snowshoes.
