I pinpointed the Apple Store, but UPTOWN is a shopping and eating experience. Lots of shops, including all of the usual medium upscale shops--Williams Sonoma.... Nearby are even more good shopping and eating options at Coronado Mall (north on Louisiana) and Winrock Center (south on Louisiana).

This is an auto mall area with a Target and a Mac store if you need those things. Otherwise, Menaul is a thrift store mecca to last for days.
