Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument is a U.S. National Monument created to protect Mogollon cliff dwellings in the Gila Wilderness on the headwaters of the Gila River in southwest New Mexico. It’s about a 3 hour drive from TorC to the Gila Cliff Dwellings, but well worth every minute! The drive is a beautiful winding mountain road with outstanding views and the dwellings are simply magical!
