Enjoy a trip through lovely scenery to the beautiful Eskdale valley, there are many strolls, walks or hikes to take in or just visit one of the local inns at Boot a short stroll from the Dalegarth station and admire the views. The quickest way to reach the railway from the house is to take the footpath at the side of the car park by the ratty arms and cross the railway bridge.
