Parking is right at the front door. This is a centrally located condo that is very close to a WinnDixie, TCBY Yogurt, and several eating places many of which have takeout food. It is a short and easy 3 mile drive to the University campus. It is also close to a park and 2 golf courses. It is a quiet area with great neighbors.
