Our fully hands-on cooking class in Cusco starts at San Pedro Market (at door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional food of Cusco ( fruits, cheeses, chocolate). After that, we will walk to our cooking studio (a traditional house from 1930). You will learn to cook 03 main courses and 02 cocktails. We start preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits with Pisco (bought in the local market we visited). Then, we cook and eat 03 Peruvian dishes: Cebiche, Causa Limeña, and Quinoa Tamal. Our class is fully hands-on and you will take part in all the preparation. Our welcome drink is Chicha morada, and water bottled is always available. The dessert is traditional Peruvian Picarones. After the class, we will also send you the recipes, so when you come back to your home you can enjoy it with your family and friends. This tour starts by having an introduction about the importance of emeralds for precolonial and colonial culture. We will go through the emerald and jewelry district to learn about the history of the precious metals and stones and its influence in Colombian culture. We will take a look at the emerald market to see the different minerals and qualities. Then we will work on your new ring, where you will decide all! the design, the stone and material, by the personal advisory of a orfebre (jewelry master) who teaches you how to do every single step.

This experience is minimun for 3 people Let's meet at Exito Sandiego supermarket . We will go then to the public market by bus where I am sure you will be in love with this amazing community . I will introduce you to my wonderful friends in the marketplace who have become more of an extension of my family. We will also learn about the local rhythm ( champeta) and dance so please don't be shy and let's have fun. We will eat some delicacies from the world renowned Cecilia's Restaurant. This restaurant was visited by Anthony Bourdain in 2008. We will try the local soda, beer and sample delicious fruits. You will be able to inmerse in our daily life, to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Bazurto public market and the most important you will have an adventure of how to discover to be a local in Cartagena. I am happy my job is my hobbie, It would be amazing if you can enjoy this hobbie with me. Other things to note The public market is a noisy place, where the smell can be strong sometimes, so if that its not something important for you, then join this experience. I advice to wear comfortable shoes.

Desde el inicio conocerás brevemente la historia del cacao en América, probando fruta fresca de cacao, luego semillas deshidratadas y tostadas, nibs, polvo de cacao. Luego pondremos manos a la obra con la chocolatería más moderna, conocerás cómo preparar cacao puro, para seguidamente lograr distintas concentraciones de cacao en la pasta de chocolate oscuro (70%, 85% y 100%). Con estos realizarás diversos chocolates con todos los ingredientes locales que tenemos disponibles y ¡uses tu creatividad! Finalmente te daremos los materiales (ecoamigables) para que empaques tus propias creaciones y tengas un recuerdo perfecto de tu viaje a Costa Rica.

After booking our experiences, you will arrive at our kitchen where you will be very welcome and where you will share a good time with an authentic Costa Rican family. After introducing ourselves and getting to know each other over a refreshing drink, we will take you on a tour of our organic garden, where you will learn about the different crops and aromatic plants, followed by picking some of the ingredients that we will use for the preparation of our dish. When we return to the kitchen we will prepare a refreshing mojito to proceed to prepare a typical dish with fresh ingredients, produced by us and our neighbors. At the end of the preparation of the dish, we will consume everything prepared in a family atmosphere. If you come with more time than agreed there is a good chance to observe some animals such as frogs, birds and sloth that live in our garden.

Breathe fresh mountain air and feel the energy of Colombian horses on this one-of-a-kind day. We’ll meet at 8 a.m. in Unicentro mall, located in the north of Bogota. From there we will go to my mountain home at El Imperio (1h30 min drive). You will enjoy the beautiful landscapes, traditional food, and amazing cultural experience. We’ll ride horseback along the Andes and take in the gorgeous scenery, native forests, and great sight of Lake El Sisga, all of it inside my ranch, which makes it a really safe ride without any vehicle different than my horses. For lunch, we’ll eat authentic dishes cooked in a wood stove, it's beautiful. We will have some colommbian coffee and then play a game of Tejo before we head back to Bogotá. Along the way, you can take it easy and commune with nature as you bond with your Colombian steed. Other things to note This activity takes a whole day, and you'll return to Bogotá around 5 - 5:30 pm. It is a must if you really want to experience Colombia's soul. Traffic in Bogota is not always the best, so try to leave with enough time. We have a max waiting time of 20 min.

***Please be aware this experience is great for beginners and those with little experience swimming, but If you have a deep fear of water or the ocean it may impact your experience - we are dive instructors not psychologists*** We will begin our adventure with an ocean-side safety briefing while everyone is fitted for their equipment. Once we chat about how to responsibly and passively interact with turtles and other sea life, we will walk down to the beach and hit the water! We will take it nice and slow so you have a few moments to get accustomed to your gear and you feel confident enough to enjoy the underwater world. This is a natural sea grass bed, which is why we are blessed with turtles :) Please do remember, however, that this is a completely wild experience and we could never guarantee the sighting of a wild animal. 99 times out of 100 we see several baby and adult turtles per tour! Our day starts by meeting at our office located 20 min away from Liberia downtown through the small villages of Colorado and Curubande. We count with two parking lots at our location in Curubande where you can leave your car safe while we do the hike. From Curubande we will take a 4WD for 1 km that will take us to the entrance of the waterfall trail and here is where the hike begins. The waterfall is well hidden away on the outskirts of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano . The trail is 1.3 Miles (2 Kilometers) singletrack so together it is 4 km. There are some climbing to do in elevation and some caves to go across. Later to reach the waterfall we have to swim 25 meters through a beautiful turquoise river canyon. This is a local experience that takes place where the Blanco and the Colorado rivers cross through, forming canyons and beautiful scenery which is why the water in their pools have that special turquoise tint.

Se recogerá al grupo entre 7:30 a 8:20 de la mañana en sus hospedajes en el centro histórico. Comenzaremos visitando el poblado de Santa Maria el Tule en donde podrás contemplar el milenario árbol del Tule, después nos adentraremos a una comunidad zapoteca en donde se conservan diferentes tradiciones como las bodas, sus formas comunitarias de organización, su lengua y el manejo de textiles de lana siendo este ultimo uno de los mas finos y laboriosos procesos artesanales de Mexico, dando como resultado piezas de arte textil superiores a marcas de lujo, para esto conoceremos un Taller familiar en la comunidad de Teotitlán del Valle. Posterior a esto nos trasladaremos a una fabrica de mezcal en donde tendremos una explicación sobre el proceso de elaboración de mezcal en la fabrica para después tener una degustación de los mismos. También visitaras la zona arqueológica en Mitla pueblo mágico. después de conocer la impresionante zona arqueológica y antes de encaminarnos a Hierve el Agua tendremos un "time food" en un buffet de comida tradicional. finalmente nos adentraremos a las comunidades de la montaña para conocer las cascadas petrificadas de hierve el agua. Al terminar el recorrido regresaremos a la ciudad de Oaxaca y terminaremos el recorrido a una cuadra del Zócalo de la ciudad.

With an introductory talk, we will tell you about the origin of mate, the legends about mate and what it means for Argentines through our personal experiences. Next, we will provide you with all the necessary elements to prepare a good mate, we will explain how the mate is prepared, all the specific rules that are followed in the mate rituals, as well as the different variations it contains. Then we will get to work, each one preparing their own mate, under our supervision and accompaniment. Then you will have a mate prepared by yourselves. We are going to try different types of mate, mate with herbs, sweet mate, cooked mate and even tereré. Bigger group (please, send me a private message) After picking you up from your airbnb or hotel, the first step is to meet our horses, make friends with them, and learn the basic instructions to guide them along the way, remember to be one with your horse We will take you on a horseback ride through the mystical and hidden areas of the city, Inkilltambo (probably was an oracle), The Temple of the Moon or fertility temple, places that were once inhabited by the Incas or were important religious centers, such as the Sacred Huaca of Amaru Wasi where formerly rituals were performed to be healed. We will try to get to know a little about the Andean worldview, the nature-human relationship and the principles of Andean reciprocity. You will be surrounded by nature, beautifull views, Eucaliptus forest and if we are lucky wild animals that live freely in the area. Please, Keep in mind that we will take short walks so you can know the Huacas (Inca temples) and the mysticism that surrounds them (because our horses are not allowed to access those protected areas).
