Parks & Nature

Alaska Raptor Center is one of two rehabilitative facilities in Alaska for Alaska's Raptors and Native bird species. You will see many eagles, owls, and species of birds that are in the process of being rehabilitated for release or have become permanent residents due to their injuries. There is a walking trail at the facility and if you are lucky you will be here when there is a release of eagles in the field next to the facility.
