Karamatura Loop walk, approximately 1 hr.
To get to the Falls, you take a side track off the loop walk, approximately 15min.
Recently upgraded this is an easy walk with boardwalks, in native forest and some lovely views.
The falls is a great way to cool off in summer.

Omanawanui Track, accessible from Whatipu Rd, or Whatipu is a great coastal track for fabulous sea views,
recently upgraded and even though there's lots of steps is a must do.
Personally I love this track.
Be prepared to do the return, either by road or track to return to vehicle.

Mt Donald McLean -
Drive up Whatipu Road to the turnoff to the Carpark.
Recently upgraded this is a Easy walk.
The short walk up to the summit of Mt Donald McLean (Te-Rau-o-te-Huia), you will enjoy stunning views of the Waitakere Ranges and Manukau Harbour. On a clear day you may even be lucky to spot the volcanic cone of Mt Taranaki far to the south.
As you approach the Huia village, why not stop at Huia Point Lookout
