SD does not have the best public transportation. The trolleys go to limited locations and the buses are slow. If you have ample time and are patient you can use public transportation otherwise I recommend car or ride shares.

We don’t have terrible traffic but rush hour happens. Avoid going north or west on the highways between 7-9am if possible or going south or East on the highways between 4-6pm.
