Hands down the best view in all of NYC. It'll set you back around $35ish, but it is well worth it with a view like this. An unobstructed view of Central Park, Harlem, and Upper East & West Sides to the north and the Empire State Building, Flatiron, and Wall Street looking south.
If it is a little too pricey, opt to grab a cocktail at the Rainbow Room lounge on the top floor. It doesn't have quite the view, but it's not half bad. Plus you get to sip your cocktail in style.
