Morgan Point is a quiet, beachy neighborhood with relaxed vibes. Most people love hanging out on their deck, bbq-ing, or checking out the sunset at the beach. The streets surrounding our house are quiet and great for walking and exploring. We tend to worship the water here— and understandably so!

You can’t visit New Haven without visiting Yale University, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the USA. You don’t need to show your SAT scores to wander around campus and enjoy the gorgeous Gothic architecture, or even take a guided admissions tour to learn more about campus.
But New Haven isn’t JUST Yale— it’s a city in its own right, with amazing nightlife, restaurants, and of course, PIZZA!
