Williams has the closest full grocery store, Safeway. It's a great town to visit! Williams is the gateway to the Grand Canyon and has The Grand Canyon Railway. The main street has plenty of of great gift shops and restaurants. It's also home to Bearizona (a drive-thru wildlife park) and the Canyon Coaster Adventure Park.

Sightseeing
It's just an hour drive to the south gate of the Grand Canyon. Amazing hikes and breath taking scenery!
