Siesta
If you are not accustomed to Spanish culture, please note that "Siesta" is the daily pause that is taken from around 14:00 to 17:00, during which most shops will close down.
Everything will normally reopen at 17:00 until around 21:00.
In Summer, restaurants will normally be open during the Siesta period, Winter is a different story!
