The Water Tower in Iosefin is an industrial monument from Timișoara. It was one of the sources of water supply in Timișoara at the beginning of the 20th century. It is classified as a National Heritage Site (Romanian: monument istoric). !Not open yet for visitors!

Ion Creangă Children's Park is a children's park in Timișoara that bears the name of Romanian children's author Ion Creangă.

Iulius Town Timișoara is the name of a mixed-use development, edge city and shopping mall located in Timișoara, Romania. Owned by the Iulius Group–Atterbury Europe consortium, the project was conceived from the beginning to integrate Iulius Mall, now completed with office, retail and entertainment functions.

Take tram 2 from Mangalia stop (2 minutes away from the apartment) to get in the center of the city, beside Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral or Liberty Square, few more stops away, and even Shopping City or Amazonia aquapark.

The best option is Uber/Bolt or taxi. With common transport must be exchanged 2. Take the E4b (bus) from the airport to the train station. From there it would be another 15 minutes on foot. Or from the train station you can take 9 (tram) to Mangalia station (50 meters from the apartment).
