Buying Gas for Snowmobiling

If you are towing your sleds up, our advice is to fill up with gas as far away from Minocqua/St Germain as possible. Gas prices are raised in the “sledding” areas. So you can save a few bucks by filling your truck and sleds up elsewhere.

Be Patient & Tip Well!

A word of advice when visiting the area… please be nice to the locals. Many restaurants and food establishments are hurting badly from short staffing. The hours of the restaurants can change from day to day because of this. Google it to see if it’s open! Our favorite locals work long hours and weekends to accommodate our tourists. Please remember to tip well and be patient if you have wait to be seated. Grab an Old Fashion at the bar and make the best of it! 🥃
