The Parc national du Mont-Tremblant, or Mont-Tremblant Park, is a protected nature area and part Quebec's network of national parks. It alone represents close to 20 per cent of the protected areas of Quebec. It is the largest and oldest of Quebec's parks - the mountains are over a billion years old - and serves a catchment area of more than three million persons (not counting the people who visit it from the Outaouais-Ottawa region). It is part of two natural regions of the province (the Laurentides, or Laurentians, and the Lanaudière) and touches the territories of the MRC des Laurentides, of Matawanie and of Antoine-Labelle.
The park extends over an area totaling 1,510 square kilometres, and five per cent of its surface area is within the territory of the Ville de Mont-Tremblant.

It features a network of trails for hiking on foot, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, plus a swimming beach on Lac Raynaud. The main entry is via Chemin Saint-Bernard off Rue Labelle at the end of Lac Ouimet.
The Domaine Saint-Bernard has 45 kilometres of trails, most of which are reserved for cross-country skiing (skating styles 14 kilometres) that are maintained by the Mont-Tremblant cross-country ski centre : Centre de ski de fond Mont-Tremblant.
Around, curious mésanges eat in your hand while fearful deer tend ear. Jays, trills and pine trees will be your hosts for a few hours or days of pure happiness, sharing territory with the community and visitors.
