Sightseeing and walks, including local pubs.
Oxford has many green spaces and even the relatively ordinary can form an interesting walk. Lockdown certainly got me exploring. Just listing a few places that I enjoy walking to. The walk to the city centre via University Parks is not long and is very scenic too.
A lovely pub on the River Cherwell. You can do walks in different directions not far from the river too. The photo is from the point when you get to Cherwell Drive and the river about 13 minutes from Summertown.

A quiet village which is a nice walk away. See the kiwi on top of the Old School House. You can return via fields if you take the road back at the side of the church and you will end up not far from the Mozaics housing estate which has an artificial lake and some exercise points. You can also walk to more forested areas via the fields back.

A very beautiful nature reserve. You can see the starling roost in the winter months e.g., November through to January. Other favourite birds are: lapwings, marsh harriers, a range of wild fowl etc.
