Within a 2 minute walk from the flat you can access ‘The Back Walk’ which takes you past Gowan Hill (the site of the beheading stone), to the top of the old historic town and to the old town cemetery/ church of the holy rude.

If you are looking for a nice walk then Dumyat hill provides lots of nice views over Stirling. It is a moderate walk with a mix of flat and up hill. Close by is Bridge of Allan for a nice lunch afterwards.
