It sells mostly chicken products but has a fairly well stocked deli of cold and hot foods, baked goods, frozen products, some fresh vegetables. Our favourites here are the chicken stuffing rolls and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

Opened in 2010, this restaurant authentically barbecued all their meat on a custom outdoor smokers using only log hardwood. Muddy's always has daily side dishes to go along with their Pork Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Beef Brisket. Opens only from April to the end of December.

Established in 1967 by the County of Peterborough to commemorate the centennial of Canada’s Confederation, Lang Pioneer Village Museum seeks to preserve the history of the area. Nestled along the banks of the historic Indian River, Lang Pioneer Village Museum features over thirty restored and furnished historic buildings constructed between 1825 and 1910, in addition to several replica buildings. Villagers of all ages, dressed in authentic historical attire, go about their daily chores and trades contributing to the authenticity of this living history experience.
