High Elevation and Altitude Sickness
Jackson Hole has a base elevation of 6,200 feet. Altitude sickness is fairly common.
Symptoms can include mild to severe headaches, dizziness, fatigue, disorientation, nausea and insomnia or strange dreams.
Here are a few helpful hints to get you acclimated to the altitude quickly:
• Drink lots of water every day to minimize the effects. This is probably the single most important thing you can do.
• Wear high SPF sunscreen as the rays do increase with every 1,000 ft. of elevation.
• Avoid overexertion for your first day or two.

Complimentary Shuttle Service in Teton Village
A complimentary village shuttle picks up and drops off from the condo about every 15 minutes from the entrance to Tensleep.
A large, white multi passenger bus takes you directly to the core of Teton Village including the Tram. The shuttle circles continuously so it is available for your return to the condo.
Base lifts are less than a 5 minute walk from the Tram.
