Nottingham
Nottingham is only 25 minutes away from the train from Kirkby in Ashfield station which is on the Robin Hood line (oldest rail network in the UK).. Nottingham has wonderful shops, nightlife, and a great alcohol-free bar call SoBar if that takes you fancy as well as two amazing football teams and a world-class cricket ground all just a short walk from the train station alongside great music venues and an arena. Really is something for everyone.
