Beautiful place for a walk or a swim. We always went there when the kids were younger as the water is very clean and nice to swim in. There is also a place with benches where you can enjoy your own food. If you walk around the lake it is a 3km walk.

When you get to the boats and a small “Beach” follow the gravel path a bit further. On the right you will find a small opening and a small bench. It is for you if you don’t like a crowded beach, but just want to go for a nice swim.
If you prefer a more crowded place and a place for sunbathing Almind sø is a good place to go.

If you are into a challenge and an active holiday, this is the place. They have more than 90 activities (3-20 meter high), 35 ziplines and a free fall from 13 meter. It is placed next to the bike park. Open on weekends and holidays.

A nice place to eat! They have an award for the best hamburger sandwich (covered in brown sauce) Try that one! They only have this particular meal for lunch though. They also have traditional danish ‘smørrebrød’.
