Hike or Cable Car up the Tampa Peak
Since you're so close, you shouldn't miss climbing up the Tampa Peak. You see it from your bedroom window, you really have to go up there. Either by foot or cable car the panorama above the city is unmissable. I really recommend getting up the mountain on foot. It just an hour walk with plenty of amazing views along the way. Up top you get really close to the 'BRASOV' sign and you can also find relics of the old city fortress.
