The food at FermentAsian has its roots firmly entrenched in Vietnamese heritage. To these traditional dishes they have added dishes inspired by their favourite Australian restaurants serving Southeast Asian cuisine.
In tandem with the development of owner Tuoi’s food culture, they have grown an exciting cuisine-focussed wine program. Recognising that the big Shiraz-based wines for which the region is best known often overwhelm the subtle food flavours, they have developed a collection that encompasses many of the world’s most diverse wine styles.
