From our house, it is a 20 min drive to Årsta Havsbad. From there, you have 1 hour by boat to Utö, a lovely island where you rent bicykles, bike around the island, eat at the various restaurants and swim at the beaches. This island is far out in the archipelago, but Årsta Havsbad happens to be placed close by. This is a summer destination. For autumn/winter, as well as summer/spring the natural reserve, Hellasgården and the Woodland Cemeteray are all great for a day outside.

Great setting in Södermalm, just by a park. Afternoons/early evenings it is perfect for families, as the parents can see the kids playing by the swings (or in the summer time - the shallow pool). Later it turns into a perfect hangout. You can have drinks only or eat your dinner/lunch here.
