Arches National Park is going to implement their timed reservation system again. You will want to check out the recreation dot gov website to see any updates they have if you plan on entering the park during your stay. They usually run the reservations during peak months and then it is just open to everyone outside of those times.

Utah now requires anybody operating an OHV to pass a safety course. It is really easy, but anybody that is going to operate one needs to have passed it. If you think anyone in your group will be driving one.

And if any of the members of your group are bringing machines from out of state, they will need a nonresident OHV permit.
