Mi hijo Baldo compartirá su conocimiento acerca del mezcal, una cata en la cual podrás tomar degustar tanto como gustes, además de agua fresca, refrescos y jugos. Botanas? Claro que si, pero lo tienes que hacer al estilo oaxaqueño, lo que significa gusanos, chicatanas y chapulines. ¿Has escuchado algo sobre el metate y como se hacen las tortillas a mano? además de tortillas elaboraremos tetelas, memelas y tlayudas. Haremos diferentes salsas utilizando ingredientes de la temporada todo cocinado sobre comal, leña y brasas al carbón. El mole es un emblema de la cocina oaxaqueña y cocinaremos uno de los 7 moles utilizando el metate. No te puedes ir sin probar el mole negro, chocolate de agua, café de olla, nieves y un rico pastel. The Mayan granny abuelita and other ladies will teach you how to make your own tortillas by hand and other ancestral recipes. After we go to Mayan traditional house, we will visit an organic garden where they grow exotic vegetables and fruits. Your tour commences at the ferry pier in Cozumel downtown. On the way to the reef you will be explained how to enjoy more your visit, the basics of snorkeling, what to do and what not to do during the tour. Calentamos las piedras con leña, Usamos copal e incienso, medicina para el equilibrio de la energía que limpia antes de entrar al Temazcal desde ese momento experimentas una conexión espiritual. Después, entramos al Temazcal y nos sentamos alrededor del ombligo. Luego se emergen las piedras de origen volcánico previamente calentadas, que emiten vapor cuando rociamos agua con infusiones de plantas sanadoras encima de las abuelas piedras. After the turtles, we'll move to find the cenotes in the jungle, to explore 3 different ones, where to swim and have great fun, in a very private atmosphere! Saying goodbye to Mother Nature, we'll go back to Playa del Carmen, where I will enjoy you having a great meal at a nice international restaurant in town! Happy and with a full belly, I will finally leave you back to the meeting point! This experience is directed to people that prefer small groups and lots of privacy; you can even have a totally PRIVATE group, to enjoy it at 100%! Please consider having breakfast BEFORE the experience, because we'll have the meal at the end ;) PLEASE NOTE: In case authorities do not allow to go out snorkelling with turtles, because of the bad weather, options will be snorkelling at Yalku Bay or rescheduling it
