Recorre el Bosque de Chapultepec caminando y en bicicleta, para conocer uno de los parques más grandes del mundo y aprender la historia y cultura de este maravilloso lugar. Cuentas con la ayuda de un local que comparte su conocimiento por su país con muchos visitantes, y con una bicicleta para aligerar el esfuerzo. Nuestro punto de reunión será en la calle Campos Elíseos, donde te entregaré una bici urbana mecánica (no usamos bicicletas eléctricas) con casco, iluminación y chaleco reflector que tendrás a tu servicio todo el día. Te familiarizarás con la bici en un recorrido inicial seguro por el camellón o banqueta central de Paseo de la Reforma, entraremos al Parque y conduciremos directo hasta el Castillo de Chapultepec. Subiremos caminando al Castillo para recorrerlo completamente a tu ritmo, enseñándote los interiores y contemplando los murales y obras del Museo Nacional de Historia. Seguiremos rodando para recorrer el Bosque y el Zoológico y de allí partiremos a Los Pinos, a caminar por la casa presidencial. During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. After a journey, on a ground transportation, of more than 8km in the middle of the jungle, we will immerse ourselves in a cave and underground river system for a guided exploration, crossing the most surreal rock formations. Helmets well screwed on the head, and water shoes on, we will let our lights pierce the darkness and silence to make way for a world as ancient as magical. During the first part of the visit, which is mainly conducted walking and does not require any specific swimming level, you will understand the deep relationships that link the Mayan civilization and the jungle to the majestic Cenotes. In the last part, we will have the opportunity to swim, relax and snorkel in a fantastic and out of this world natural pool.   We will recover from our emotions and share around a meal composed of local specialties cooked in the jungle on a fire pit. Before taking the road towards the city, towards its lights and its incessant noise, a quick siesta in a hammock will mark the end of our experience in the Jungle of the Yucatán peninsula and the secret of its underground world. We create a prix fixe menu using locally sourced ingredients for every experience and are happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions that we are notified of in *advance*. Due to the nature of the dinner, we do not disclose the menu beforehand and therefore recommend this experience for adventurous eaters. Throughout the dinner, we will talk about the differences between mezcal and tequila, the process of producing mezcal, what to look for when purchasing mezcal & how it originated. We will meet at our office at dowtown area close to Zocalo at 8 am(English 8 am / Spanish 9am ) or we can pick you up at your place if you close downtown area or somewhere in between (if available ), Once our group is ready our transportation (up to the size of the group) will drives us to the archaeological site of Monte Alban(30 minutes from the City approx), one of the most important archaeologicald sites of Mexico, and with one of the most beautiful views of Oaxaca. We will do a guided tour (1-1.30hrs, sometimes 2 hrs if you have many questions ), sharing what we the like most about the place,history , as well as the pyramides and musseum And after the guided tour you will have free time to explore and enjoy the site.
