Come in, enjoy your stay in GermanyDear potential guests and site visitors, hopefully we are a nice couple. Our dog Timmy is living since 2 years with us. Our daughter has moved to London. Now our very large flat has a spare room, that we would like to rent temporarily. It is fully furnished, approx 25sqm, there is a large wardrobe, a desk, a huge bed with new mattress and slatted frame. Furthermore a side board with several drawers and other storage options. Of course you have your own house key. A guest toilet is available. The location is very central. And we have a perfect connection to the railway station, it takes 10 minutes by tram, the stop is 2 minutes away and gets you in all directions. From A, such as pharmacists, to Z, dentist just a few minutes. Grocery stores, bakeries, pubs, restaurants all there. We live in the most popular district of Karlsruhe, in a house that was built in 1900. The neighbors are very nice and international. In summer you can sit outside and relax. Ideal for short-term visitors, exhibition and convention visitors, or just for pleasure. We are looking forward to guest from around the globe. The room is facing the street and can be darkened with a shutter. There is also a breakfast on request, vegetarian, with egg, and everything your heart desires. There is water and coffee for free 24h/ day. You can use the washing machine (for a small fee of 2EUR), which is convenient if you are planning on a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. And you can be happy you let off steam while cooking. Store things in the fridge, of course. There is internet access and TV. In the summer / fall it is perfect to get around by bicycle. I can borrow a bike if urgent.
