This unit is located in our full basement. It have 2 bedrooms,gym,kitchen and spacious. You enter the unit from the garage, but you have two private exits at the rear of the home. There is a private deck for relaxing and outdoor grill for cooking out. We are close to our beautiful downtown with coffee shop, bars, and restaurants. Nearby grocery store and gas stations, but our neighborhood is quiet and safe. We look forward to hosting you and we will try to accommodate all of your needs.

This 1920's Victorian home has been carefully and thoughtfully restored to better than new condition. I am located in the heart of downtown Jonesboro, just minutes walking from the Public Library, St. Bernard's medical center, bars, restaurants and shopping. Arkansas State University is a short 5 minute drive. I am accustomed to accommodating the traveling nurses who need a clean, quiet, safe and affordable place to stay. My beautiful home is nestled in a quiet suburban area of Jonesboro, AR, right down the street from Kum and Go (gas station), The Truck Patch (local organic grocery store), and Outback Steakhouse. This is a neighborhood for families and this home has been owned by my family since 1972. Feel free to relax in your room and enjoy the cable TV or go outside and hang out in the back yard. You will also have access to a shared bathroom and access to the kitchen and washer and dryer.
