Fish & Game is located in a beautifully historic blacksmith shop, in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley. A collaboration between chefs Zakary Pelaccio and Jori Emde and film and theatre producer Patrick Milling Smith, the restaurant celebrates the bounty of the valley with a set menu that responds to the seasons and availability of product from the farmers with a new menu each week. The vast wine list has a unique and dedicated focus on natural wines from around the world and they dedicate their cocktails to the same seasonal attention.

Housed in a masterfully renovated red brick firehouse, American Glory Restaurant boasts a rich history of dedicated firefighters. Formerly the H. Rogers Hose Company it was home to the second oldest volunteer fire department in New York State; organized in 1974. The firehouse has been meticulously restored to highlight the original brick walls, wood floors and historic grand wooden staircase.
