Called Duiker Island because of the large amount of duikers (birds) living on the island, but known as Seal Island to the locals, because of the large amount of Cape Fur Seals living on this rock too! You can get a boat with 1 of 3 tour companies to see this island. Try take the trip that goes to the shipwreck too, and don't bother with glass bottom anything - you can never see clearly through the glass anyway!

You can either just drive up Chapman's Peak, stop at a picnic spot and watch the sunset, or you can hike the short distance to the actual top of the peak and see over the whole of Cape Town from Table Mountain to Cape Point and across to Strand. If you ask at the toll for a free day pass, you can't drive all the way over to Noordhoek, but you can get to all the best picnic spots and the start of the hiking trail - just be sure to return directly after sunset, or they will charge you the full toll!

Pub Quiz's, roaring fireplace, English landlord, Bingo nights, beer garden, great food and sports on big screens. A home away from home for all you Brits! Try take part in the DARG (Domestic Animal Rescue Group) Charity Pub Quiz that happens once a month, usually on a Wednesday - a lot of fun!
