Shopping outlet
It's nice to have an outlet mall close to Vancouver. Just minutes from the airport, it attracts travellers and locals. All the usual outlet stores such as Coach, Gap, Guess, Banana Republic, Levi's, Nike, Puma etc, but also some you don't see often such as Lole, Mavi, Desigual, and Davids Tea. It has a couple good restaurants!
You could take bus #49 across street to Langara station 馃殙, then take the canada line to Templenton. It takes about 20min by transit :)

My 24hr cafe & bakery
I love to go to this place for a coffee. It has nice seating areas to have a coffee and something to eat at anytime :) it鈥檚 just one block and half away from us!

This is one of my favourite Chinese restaurant in the area. It鈥檚 just on 46th ave. It tends to be busy, wait time is usually 15min to get a table but you can call to make reservation

Food
Very close from us. Good and cheap sushi, great party trays for large groups. It great to order to go and bring it to the house and spend some nice quality time with family or friends.
I would recommend the house special rolls

Metrotown Mall - Shopping
This is a nice, local mall. It鈥檚 easy to get there by bus. When you get out the house to your left side, there will be a bus stop fours houses away from us. Take bus #49 bus to Metrotown
It has many stores, restaurants and it鈥檚 always to get to know that mall as it鈥檚 one of the local malls :)
