The view of the crater here is absolutely stunning! Admittedly, the service can be quite slow, but who cares when you are seated next to the large picture windows, staring at the beautiful view! You’re on Island time now! Sit back, sip your drink and watch the world go by! The food will eventually get there and when it does it’s actually worth the wait! I think their Kalua pork is some of the best on this side of the Island and Jeff likes their artisan pizzas.

The Kilauea Iki Crater hike is a fairly easy 3 mile loop that takes you through the rainforest, onto the floor of the crater, and back through the rainforest. Plenty of water, sun protection, and a light rain shell are highly recommended.
