At the end of Macinaw Road is the fun Rubicon Trail. It goes both directions so you can get to the downtown the back way by bike or by foot (3 miles), or head toward Fallen Leaf lake in the other directions. You will see lots of bike riders.

Just across the boulevard is the best and closest laundromat - it takes electronic payments, and has top notch modern laundry machines.

Very nearby is the outstanding Barton Memorial Hospital. It is worth the drive over just to see the Tahoe-style architecture.

Light switches, keys and heater:
The light switch for the kitchen is above the kitchen sink.
The light switch for the bathroom is above the bathroom sink, to the left.
The heater is by the closet door, on the wall.
The porch light is by the front door. The other switch turns on the lamp.
There is a key in the lockbox to let you in, but please put right back in the lockbox - two total keys. There are two more keys for you to use while you are there in the kitchen cabinet to the right of the range.
Trash day is Wednesday. Please put the clasp back after each time you open the dumpster.

Paano makapaglibot
The "BlueGo" Shuttle is the best way to get around town.
Fortunately, the shuttle stops in both directions are just a couple blocks from your studio apartment. Heading West, the shuttle stop is just in front of Jack in the Box. Heading East toward the downtown is just across the street.
