Mga kagawian at kultura

Highlighting customs and cultures.

Cypriots are hospitable people by nature, like meeting people with different cultures. The concept of family is very important, children even after they grow up still live with their families, they attend family lunches and dinners, in short they do everything to keep the family bond strong. Elders are respected ,so are pregnant women. Cypriots especially elders are more conservative so it would be better to be covered after going to the beach, also should you visit a church or monastery to be fully dressed(no showing legs when entering the church or monastery).
Ang dapat iempake

Items to bring with you for your holidays

It is important to bring with you lots of light clothing as the summers in Cyprus tend to be very hot, also a good idea to have a pair of flat shoes for walking, flip flops for the beach and the pool, one pair of high heels for your night outings. Suntan lotion, antimosquito repellent, painkillers like panadol can all be acquired from pharmacies without any prescription( if you need pills that require prescription better bring them along to be on the safe side). Finally it would be wise to have with you plug adaptors(Cyprus uses the british style 3 pin) as well as your cords and chargers.
