This beautiful Manor House and Quay is 9 miles from Landrake by Calstock on the river Tamar..(house visits are strictly via bookings so visiting website highly recommend to save disappointment.) However surrounding woodland walks are beautiful.

Across the infamous Tamar Bridge into Cornwall, Saltash is your 1st Town. With a variety of shops, hairdressers, beauticians, estate agents, pubs, some set directly next to the river Tamar, this area provides incredible views of passing boats, kayaks, swans etc. Only 3 miles from Landrake.

Across the infamous Tamar Bridge into Cornwall, Saltash is your 1st Town. With a variety of shops, hairdressers, beauticians, estate agents, pubs, some set directly next to the river Tamar, this area provides incredible views of passing boats, kayaks, swans etc. Only 3 miles from Landrake.
Sightseeing
The area of Wadebridge is approximately 30 minute drive from Landrake further into Cornwall and boasts the famous "Camel Trail" bikes here can be rented out in order to ride the Trail which goes for many many miles all the way round to Padstow with incredible river views enroute...stopping in Padstow, a beautiful harbour side village, can pop into its famous Rick Steins Fish and Chipshop (is worth the trip!!)
