Parking in downtown Bar Harbor
Most of the parking is for pay, via meters or kiosks, and "side streets" are residential permit-only and foot patrolled for compliance. The essential places, like the grocery store and the Walgreens pharmacy (there is also a pharmacy in the grocery store) have parking lots for customer use. Our guests tend to leave the car in the driveway and walk to town for most needs, but if you need to park in-town be sure to download the Park Mobile App.
