Local Bloomington bus 6 and 9 will take you very close to the house (10th and bypass - next to Sushi restaurant), then about a 3 minute walk. Or, 10th and Jefferson (in front of Eigenmann Hall, about 7 minute walk to the house). See schedule online for routes.
