Located upstairs from Tower Records. If you can get a window seat, this is the perfect café for people-watching. Their coffee and food is excellent and their baked eggs with spinach is brunch-tastic!

Don't be put off by the grim title. This old jail is well worth a visit. It really puts Irish history into perspective and is a 20 min walk away

This is not exactly off the beaten track...but it is the number 1 tourist destination in Dublin and offers a great view of the city from the 'Gravity Bar' at the top.
